Urgensi Pelatihan Guru dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis urgensi pelatihan guru dalam mendukung keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung, sebuah sekolah berbasis pesantren yang terletak di pedesaan Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, melibatkan guru, kepala sekolah, dan koordinator kurikulum sebagai informan utama. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan guru masih rendah akibat minimnya pelatihan yang aplikatif dan kontekstual. Guru mengalami kesulitan dalam menyusun Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP), menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, dan menggunakan asesmen formatif secara efektif. Ketiadaan pendampingan dalam penyusunan perangkat ajar menyebabkan proses implementasi berjalan formalistik dan tidak menyentuh esensi perubahan kurikulum. Pelatihan yang sistematis dan relevan terbukti meningkatkan motivasi, kepercayaan diri, serta kreativitas guru, yang berkontribusi pada suasana pembelajaran yang lebih partisipatif dan bermakna bagi siswa.
